Thanks go out to all ETS members for posting the images that make up the content. The following images are all in a zip file for download. There are MS Word templates in a zip file with the edited images in them ready to print out. You will need a color printer and the following Avery Address Label Items to make them: 2"X4" (#18163) and 5"X8 1/2" (#8126)
